There are som...Man, there's a lot to like here. There are some serious suggestions and serious reforms that should be discussed seriously. We're just constantly talking to the legislators who don't worry about re-election. The Dems rule "Golden State" politics. <br /><br />In California, the main opponent to prison reform is the union that represents Prison Guards.<br /><br />They don't want any changes that will mean less overtime, more hiring, more work, or privatization of prisons.
